This company has amazing customer service! They respond to emails very quickly. It’s not an automated email it a real response to whatever your concerns are. Their product is better than their pictures online. Will be ordering again soon! The locket I ordered with engraving was perfect and even with the holiday rush it was here on time.

I ordered 2 of the photo lockets with engraving on the back. They were both beautiful and arrived at the expected time. I realized after I had ordered I had made a mistake in ordering. I emailed customer service, and they quickly responded and resolved the problem. Very impressed with this company. Would order from them again and recommend to others.
