Shortly after graduation, we opened up a clothing store near the beach in our home town of Carlsbad, CA. During that first summer, business was great! But when winter set in, our business tanked and we decided to close up shop. Shortly after closing, we got married and started a family. We raised our 3 kids but always knew that some day we wanted to have our own business together again.
About 5 years ago, I was helping my sister with her Etsy business and decided that I wanted to give it a try. I knew that I wanted to create personalized items for people so I took my knowledge of Photoshop and jumped right in. My business took off almost immediately and my custom photo golf ball markers were a hit! Rich sold his pool cleaning business to work with me full time and it has been a blessing being able to work side by side everyday.
Our custom, made-to-order personalized items are created to celebrate life's special moments. ALL of our items are made to order in our studio in Southern California by my husband and myself. We take pride in our creations and each item is made with great care. We don't just "personalize" items.....we make them PERSONAL by using YOUR photos, sonograms, handwriting sentiments , etc. So many of our customers are brought to tears (of joy) when they receive our items. Now That's Personal!
Any of our designs can be made onto your choice of pendant, cufflinks, wine bottle stopper, brooch, key chain, tie clip, purse hanger, brooch, bracelet, golf balls, golf ball markers, mug, mouse pad, magnet, pin, and much more. If you have a special photo, saying or quote that you would like to use, we can do that too! Simply request a custom order and we will take care of the rest. One of our favorite items to make are the Baby sonogram jewelry and key chains. It makes us happy to know that someone will be receiving a very special keepsake of such a wonderful event as the birth of a child.

SHIPPING: *****PLEASE READ: CURRENT production time is approximately 2 weeks from order date to ship date. We ship USPS. Once your order leaves our studio shipping generally takes 2-5 days to most US destinations with Standard shipping and International can take up to 3 weeks depending on **Customs
We do also offer Priority shipping within the US, at checkout. Priority is 1-3 days within the US.
During peak Holidays your item(s) may take a few additional days to reach you due to USPS.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: our shipping price for all international orders does not include any custom duty or tax. We do not know the custom fees for your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out your shipping destination’s policies regarding Customs hold ups and fees, duty, tax or tariffs.
*** Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you Will be Responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you.
****Please make sure that you leave an email, during checkout, that is valid and typed in correctly. DOUBLE CHECK IT. This is how you will be notified with any questions regarding your order and also the notification when it ships.
We ship via USPS and it generally takes 2-5 days to US locations but sometimes it can take longer. WE HAVE NO CONTROL what happens once the packages leave our hands and cannot guarantee that you will receive your package on or before a certain date. We will do our BEST to get it out in a timely manner and we will provide you with the tracking number. Once the order has shown delivered, by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact USPS if you item shows delivered and it is missing. They would be your first step in finding your item.
We do not consider an item lost unless there is no update in tracking and missing for 30 days from the ship date.
